Buffet Information
All buffets are produced by qualified chefs in our 5* Kitchen.
Food is produced to the highest of standards on the day of catering.
Food is supplied on minimum 30% recycled black plastic platters or eco friendly card boxes.
All buffets are inclusive of paper plates, napkins and any wooden cutlery required.
Fork buffets include plates, napkins and cutlery, along with slates, boards and servery equipment (local area only).
Buffets include delivery and set up (delivery charges may apply to some areas).
Minimum 30 people for all buffets (larger quantities may be required to meet minimum order requirements in some areas).
Allergen information
Unfortunately due to the set up of our kitchen we are unable to cater for guests with specific allergen needs.
Dependent on your buffet it may include any from the following:
Gluten, dairy, egg, soya, mustard, sesame, fish, peanut, tree nut, crustation and lupin.
