Name, contact number, email address, venue details, dates and times of catering  and your personal requirements.

Why do we do this:

To provide you with an accurate quote and best service possible.

How do we store your information:

Your information is stored on our secure computer system that is protected by anti-virus software

What happens to your information once all catering requirements have been fulfilled:

We store these until our end of year accounts have been completed. All information is then deleted.

Who has access to this information:

Management level personnel will be able to access all your information, as well as our external accountants. Your delivery location, name and contact number will be provided to the deliver driver/ onsite staff.

We do not pass any of your information onto 3rd party contacts other than our accountants for the purposes of completing our yearly accounts.

We do not store any banking information.
